2. Purpose

Rentisure is a free service that connects people looking for a rental home with owners or their representatives, through video presentations. Nothing is shared until both sides accept. Rentisure is not a party to any rental contract the parties may sign.

Use of the account, the app and the portal is governed by the Terms and Conditions.

3. Use of the site and the service

By using Rentisure you agree to give truthful information, not to impersonate anyone and not to publish illegal, discriminatory or violent content, or content that infringes the rights of others. We may remove content, block accounts, applications, properties or matches, and close accounts that break these terms.

4. User content and reports

Videos, photos and texts are published by users, who are responsible for them. Rentisure does not review them before they are shown, but any user can report a user, application, property or match with the “Report” button, and anyone can tell us about unlawful content by writing to [correo de contacto, p. ej. privacidad@rentisure.com]. Once we have actual knowledge of unlawful content we will act diligently to remove it or disable access to it (Art. 16 LSSI).

5. Intellectual property

The Rentisure brand, design and software belong to its owner. The videos, photos and texts you upload remain yours; you allow us to use them only to provide the service, as explained in the Terms.

6. Liability

Rentisure does not guarantee that a rental will be signed, does not check users’ identity, ownership of the homes or whether the price respects legal rent limits, and is not responsible for information published by users. We do our best to keep the service available and secure, but there may be interruptions.

8. Applicable law and jurisdiction

Spanish law applies. If you are a consumer, the courts of your place of residence have jurisdiction.
